I did receive mine, but I definitely visited the website (http://www.parenting.com/subscriberservices - choose "Early Years") to check the status of my subscription. I believe mine didn't state that I was receiving the rebate, either, so I contacted their customer service through email, and they replied pretty quickly telling me to expect a rebate in the mail.
