We had our Lung Family Christmas a little over a week ago (which would be my mom’s side of the family), and we had LOTS of kiddos there! How fun!

We NEEEEEEEEEDED more apples. Apparently 2-1/2 bushels isn’t enough! That’s about 105 pounds of apples from our first visit, folks. And we needed more. So, we picked another 2 bushels; that’s about 84 more pounds. Wowsers.
Hopefully our freezer will be satisfied after this. 
We had a quick, fun trip to the orchard last night with my sweet friend Amber, and her boys.

Friends are friends forever…

Remember that song?
No, really, Jana and I have been friends for 28-1/2 years, since we met in the church nursery when we were newborns. (She’s 24 days older than me, so she knew the ropes by the time I got there.)
And I’m so blessed that she’s still a part of my life! There’s something so comforting about having a friend who has known you literally your entire life. I don’t have to work hard to explain myself to her very often!
So, I was able to visit her a few weeks ago, and all of us had a blast! Her kiddos are ADORABLE, and her 2-year-old is the smartest one I’ve ever met!
